Casa Patricia is American owned and operated and located in Cozumel's premier residential area - Corpus Christi. The three-bedroom, three-bath home has a private pool and is located four blocks from the ocean front. Since we are a five-minute walk to the island's largest grocery store and a ten-minute walk to the central plaza; this a very convenient location. Scores of local restaurants are within a few minutes walk or bike ride.

You will find a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas stove, blender, refrigerator, washing machine, all kitchen utensils, TV, cable, VCR and DVD player, CD/AM/FM player, bottled water, four bicycles, beach/bath towels and linens.

At this price you simply will not find a better place to stay in Cozumel!

The cost during low season is $1,000 per week and in high season $1,200 per week (plus 12% tax and $200 security deposit). Low season runs May 1 to November 30. High season is December 1 to April 30. Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Presidents', Carnival & Easter) are $1,500 per week.
